How can I pay the tuition fees?

Tuition fees are to be paid by bank transfer.
Can I pay in Japanese Yen or other currencies?

Payments are primarily requested in Euros. However, we can accommodate payments in Japanese Yen or other currencies upon request.
Please note that additional fees may apply due to exchange rate fluctuations. Are there any initial costs besides the tuition fees?

Yes, the following fees are required upon enrollment:
- Enrollment Fee: 200 Euros
(covers administrative costs). - System Maintenance Fee: 20-50 Euros
(covers the maintenance of our online platform and support system).
- Enrollment Fee: 200 Euros
Is an enrollment fee required for re-joining?

No, the enrollment fee is waived for students re-joining our school.
Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes, we offer a sibling discount. The enrollment fee is waived for the second and any subsequent children.
What is the contract period?

The minimum contract period is 3 months.
Subjects & Lesson Frequency
Can I change or add subjects after starting?

Yes, changes are possible.
Please notify us as early as possible, as it may result in a change of tutor. Do you offer make-up lessons?

As a general rule, we do not offer make-up lessons for absences due to student or family circumstances. However, if you know the schedule conflict in advance, we can try to adjust the schedule if notified at least 10 days prior.
Can you provide intensive support for a student’s weak subjects?

Yes, we can create a focused study plan to target specific weak subjects.
Can I study two subjects in a single lesson?

Our policy is to focus on one subject per lesson.

How detailed is the academic guidance?

We provide fully personalized instruction, tailoring the curriculum to each student’s understanding and character. We identify their strengths and weaknesses and guide them with a supportive approach.
My child struggles to focus during online lessons. Is this a problem?

With our one-on-one format, our tutors are skilled at recognizing when a student’s concentration wanes. We incorporate appropriate breaks and interaction to help maintain focus throughout the lesson.
In which areas can you take lessons?

Our online lessons are accessible from anywhere in the world. We have students from Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, the US, the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, and many other countries. We accommodate different time zones, so please feel free to inquire.
If I change the subject or tutor, will my contract change?

No, the terms of your contract will remain the same.
Which grades and age groups do you teach?

We teach students from elementary through high school, covering all grades and ages, with a specialty in supporting those attending international schools. We provide support from school entrance preparation to graduation.
What is the format of the lessons?

All lessons are conducted online in a one-on-one format.
How is the curriculum structured?

We base our lessons on the school’s curriculum and customize it according to the student’s academic level and goals. We identify areas needing reinforcement and create an individual learning plan.
What qualifications do your tutors hold?

Our tutors are qualified professionals, including current international school teachers holding national teaching licenses, IB certifications, and English teaching qualifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL).
How do you measure learning progress?

We assess progress through school report cards, teacher feedback, and our own continuous evaluation.
Do you provide progress reports to parents?

Yes, we inform parents of their child’s learning status and progress, particularly when new school reports are issued.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Changes
What is the policy if I need to miss a lesson?

If you notify us at least 10 days in advance, we will arrange a rescheduled lesson.
Can I request a change of tutor?

Yes, it is possible. We request at least two weeks’ advance notice whenever possible.
Can I temporarily pause the lessons?

Yes, you can put your lessons on hold. Breaks are handled in one-month increments.
What is the cooling-off period?

You may cancel your contract under the cooling-off policy within 8 days of receiving the written contract.
Contract Cancellation
When should I notify you if I wish to cancel my contract?

Please notify us at least one month in advance.
Can I cancel in the middle of a month?

Yes, cancellation is possible mid-month; however, we are unable to provide refunds for the remaining lessons.
Are there any fees for cancellation?

No, there are no cancellation fees.
